A small team of Learning and Development professionals dedicated to supporting our workforce with all of their training needs, so that they can provide the best possible care to our patients.

What do we do?
The team's main focus is the management of the Trust Learning Management System (LMS), and the creation of eLearning content.
In May 2021, they successfully transferred the Trust's online training platform from ESR to a brand new LMS - MyLearning.
MyLearning has completely transformed the way staff view and access their statutory and mandatory training. MyLearning has facilitated a mindset switch - MyLearning is not just a site staff log into to complete statutory and mandatory training, there are now hundreds of additional courses and resources that can be accessed to support staff development - whatever the developmental need may be.
They team continue to engage with the workforce to ensure the opportunities for learning and development are tailored to their needs, this can be through:

Your dashboard
Your statutory and mandatory learning is displayed through your own dashboard where you have instant access to be able to check your learning compliance.
Through your dashboard you can complete any learning modules that are due for renewal and you can also search for additional courses that are available for your personal development.
The portal also gives you access to a wide range of resources such as Leadership and Development tools as well as Managing change. All available to you as part of your role within CAMHS.
